How do I return an item?

All of us at AAAA Universe want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we know that taking care of a customer today means they will stay a customer tomorrow!
For all returns, please email RETURNS@aaaauniverse.com and state the reason you want to return an item and your order number and we will respond with an RA # and instructions to return your purchase. We will gladly exchange or refund your payment for items purchased within 30 days. All items must be unopened and in it's original condition and packaging. We can not issue refunds for any shipping charges, labor or installation services. NOTE: Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of AAAA Universe's error. For items that were purchased with FREE SHIPPING, the actual shipping charges may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. We can not issue a refund for items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse. After the 30 day return period has expired, the Manufacturer's Warranty applies and any defective product will need to be repaired under the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy. Your refund will be issued to the same card or method of payment that was used to make the purchase. WHEN WILL CREDIT BE ISSUED? Once the carrier has received your item, you should receive your refund in 10-15 business days. However, if you ship the item back to AAAA Universe at your own expense, it may take longer to receive your refund. AAAA Universe reserves the right to deny any return.
